Nora has been a Registered Nurse for 31 years, with 25 years dedicated to Home Services. She began her career as a field nurse in 2001 and has since held nearly every role within the home services space, including Clinical Supervisor and Director/Administrator for a large community-owned Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, and DMEPOS organization.
Most recently, she served as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations, Quality, and Compliance for a national hospice provider.
Driven by her passion for home-based care, Nora joined Finale Health with the mission of delivering an EMR solution that positively impacts every aspect of agency operations.
