Overview
Each visit type (e.g., Start of Care, Recertification, Routine Visit) can now be assigned a point value based on agency policy.
Start of Care (OASIS) → 3 points
Regular Visit → 1 point
The Weekly Dashboard summarizes total visits and productivity points per clinician, allowing schedulers, case managers, and administrators to:
Monitor total hours, visits, and points at a glance
Identify clinicians who are over- or under-utilized
Ensure balanced workloads across the team
Align scheduling decisions with agency policies and performance goals
EXAMPLE USE CASE
If an RN primarily handles Start of Care assessments, the agency may cap their weekly points at 30, while LPNs handling routine visits may have a higher target.
This ensures balanced productivity based on role complexity and visit duration.
